IGR Maharashtra – Stamp Duty

The tax paid to the appropriate government department for the property sale agreement and the property purchase agreement is known as stamp duty. Stamp duty is levied in Maharashtra in accordance with Schedule – I of the Maharashtra Stamp Act. The amount typically ranges from 3 to 6 percent of the total market value.
