As Noida and Greater Noida bear plethora of incomplete and yet-to-begin realty projects, the realtors are now looking forward to get help from the co-developers. The latter will be lending their hands to the realtors in completing the ongoing projects on a vacant land under new project settlement policy.

Currently, there are approximately 203 realty projects in Greater Noida which are under constructions. Out of this, 65 are stuck in the middle of construction due to some or the other reasons and their builders and the Greater Noida authority are yet reach on a settlement.

Further to this, thousands of buyers seem to be stuck by investing in such realty projects in national capital regions and so, the co-developers’ assistance for completing real estate projects could be seen as one of the possible solutions to the state of realty affairs.

Around 20 realtors, including Amrapali Groups which claims the largest land pool in Noida and Greater Noida, are looking for the co-developers assistance for delivering their projects as soon as possible.

So far, Amrapali Groups is looking for co-developers assistance for its six ongoing projects namely Leisure Park, Leisure Valley, Golf Homes, Silicon City, Princely Estate, Dream Valley
6 months of time period has been granted by the Noida and Greater Noida authority to the CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India) for the accomplishment of new project settlement policy.

While real estate builders are already in discussion with their possible co-developers, the Noida and Greater Noida authority are yet to assign the respective project to the co-developer.
